About the role
- Lead, motivate, coach and manage the medical sales force, Professional Marketing and Detailing Force Effectiveness teams, ensuring full alignment across sub-teams and collaboration in delivering the brands' strategy.
- Create an inspiring strategy and vision for healthcare professionals across multiple OTC categories, based on HCP insights, healthcare ecosystem dynamics and experience, securing commitment from senior leaders.
- Collaborate with Global Professional Marketing to inform the development of global healthcare professional toolkits and ensure appropriate local adaptation.
- Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders, professional societies, agency partners and healthcare communication platform providers to deliver educational and promotional content for Reckitt brands, aligned with brand strategy, objectives and budgets.
- Represent Reckitt and its brands professionally at scientific meetings, conferences and events to strengthen our brand image with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in commercial roles focused on engagement with healthcare professionals within the consumer health or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and industry, including government organizations and the dynamics of healthcare professionals.
- Experience organizing, managing and representing the company at healthcare professional conferences and educational events.
- Experience identifying, engaging and managing external key opinion leaders, including ensuring compliance when delivering educational activities for healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of healthcare practices, codes of conduct and regulatory policies that impact marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong business and solution orientation, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- High level of clear communication skills across different functions and organizational levels.
