About the role
- Plan, schedule and control the flow of materials and suppliers
- Execute and analyze MRP runs, ensuring material requirements are aligned with demand
- Monitor exceptions generated by the Kinaxis planning system, proposing and implementing corrective actions
- Assess supply risks on a daily basis
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring deadlines are met
- Integrate with Purchasing, Logistics and MPS to ensure execution of the plan
- Monitor planning metrics and propose improvements
- Participate in alignment meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Configure and maintain master data in the system to ensure planning accuracy
- Manage phase-in and phase-out processes
- Monitor near-expiry materials
- Control blocked and expired materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related areas
- Availability to work on-site at our Raposo Tavares office, São Paulo
- Intermediate English
- Spanish is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)
- Knowledge of SAP (MM and PP modules)
- Experience with Kinaxis is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MRP processes, ERP experience, understanding of Supply Chain concepts, Continuous Improvement, and basic manufacturing/process knowledge
