About the role
- Develop brand strategy and marketing plans for Reckitt Taiwan key brands – MoveFree and MegaRed
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute brand strategy and plans
- Lead 1 ABM to optimize marketing activities
- Execute market research activities to identify consumer and customer insights
- Track marketing initiatives against set measurements to enhance effectiveness
- Deliver brand growth targets with brand P&L accountability
- Manage marketing expenditures to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional team to identify needs & opportunities
Requirements
- University or above degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing preferably with FMCG companies
- New product development, project management and launch plan execution
- Adaptation/ localization of global/ regional marketing strategies
- Market research exposure on U&A, concept & copy development, brand performance tracking
- Collaborate with agency for TVC/ print/ digital creative development & production
- Fluent written and spoken English
