About the role
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
- Prepare and issue offer letters
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation.
- Ensure HR systems such MYRB are consistently updated with accurate employee data.
- Track and manage expiration dates of temporary contracts and notify relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support data integrity and reporting needs
- Collaborate with the project team to support HR-related deliverables.
- Partner Respective Business Leaders in day-to-day HR topics
- Provide support on change management
- Provide support for project-related HR activities, including documentation and communication.
- Respond to employee HR related queries
- Support ad hoc HR initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally in a project-based or transitional environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in HR systems (experience with Success Factors is a plus).
- Proficiency in Ms Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within HR departments.
- University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Administration, or related fields).
- Good understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR administration.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook and PPT).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors) will be an asset
