About the role
- Assist in delivering sales and share goals for Walmart.com and Samsclub.com
- Maintain weekly performance trackers and summarize insights for internal stakeholders
- Help prepare customer-ready presentations, business reviews, and planning documents
- Support catalog maintenance and product content updates in partnership with cross functional team
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure item set-up accuracy and readiness for new items
- Ensure product detail pages meet best-in-class standards for imagery, copy, SEO, ratings & reviews and meet customer requirements and scores
- Monitor competitor listings and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversion
- Assist in executing online promotions, pricing updates, and merchandising programs
- Coordinate with Walmart Connect, MAP, brand teams, and agency partners on campaign setup and reporting
- Track online promotions and assess performance results
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agency partners
- Help manage timelines and communication to ensure smooth execution of launches and campaigns
- Support troubleshooting of supply, availability, or item-level issues
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in CPG, retail, eCommerce, marketing, or analytics preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in data tools (Excel, reporting dashboards, or retail portals)
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Interest in eCommerce, retail strategy, and the digital shopper experience
- Eagerness to analyze omni actions with corresponding POS results; then adjust accordingly to drive maximum ROI
