About the role
- Validations and payments in MyBuy
- Serve as a systems super user
- Control of circularization letters
- Monitoring and execution of debits
- Analysis of provisions vs. payments
- Carrier support
- Analysis and release of CT-e and NFS-e
- Cost billing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in payments management or transportation
- Experience in transportation or logistics companies, with high volume of freight and contracts
- Knowledge of ERP and financial systems (SAP, NDD, OTM...)
- Ability to analyze system-based opportunities to improve payment management and propose optimizations
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge preferred
- Intermediate English proficiency preferred
