About the role
- Generate and consolidate financial reports for monthly and quarterly results, ensuring key performance metrics (sales, profitability, costs, etc.) are accurately reported and delivered on time to global and regional stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs. budget) and clearly explain drivers behind the numbers, highlighting trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Support the planning and forecasting cycles, including annual budgets and periodic forecasts: coordinate data collection from different markets, validate submissions, and align assumptions with global guidelines to create a cohesive financial outlook
- Manage and enhance financial dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI or similar tools) to provide users with intuitive, up-to-date views of financial performance
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve existing FP&A processes
- Collaborate closely with market finance teams and other CoE members to ensure data integrity and one-source-of-truth in our financial systems
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed, such as deep-dives into specific expenses or trends, scenario modeling for strategic projects, or financial deck preparation for senior leadership meetings
- Adapt and excel in a dynamic environment – our CoE is continually evolving
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with finance processes in a shared service or global environment
- Familiarity with financial systems, strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities
- Proven analytical skills within finance, coupled with effective communication and team collaboration
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various levels and geographies
- Proactive mindset with a history of driving continuous improvements and a penchant for technology and automation
