About the role
- Get to know product and market, work closely with Sales and Marketing; Hunt and develop new partner leads, identify value for both parties, build relationships; Requirement-gathering to identify product or partner fit, remove objections, ask great questions, share knowledge and influence; Presenting to partners and their networks/customers; Build and manage a pipeline of partner opportunities, work with Sales to forecast and pivot; Negotiate price and value with current and potential partners; Compose engaging content and storytelling for audiences; Manage technical discussions with 3rd parties to establish software integrations (advantageous); Excellent time-management and strong project planning
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Partnerships role, ideally within a SaaS business; Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B sales role is advantageous; Demonstrable record of hitting targets; Strong team player who will work closely with your colleagues; Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations; ABC – Always Be Curious – you are always asking the right questions of partners, prospects, colleagues and yourself; Friendly, enthusiastic, confident and comfortable talking to stakeholders of all levels on the phone, email or face-to-face; Knowledge of, or interest in, Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion and the Digital world
