About the role
- Create high-quality, accurate product content for new brands and launches across all platforms and app
- Maintain and update product content and the product knowledge base to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Act as the product expert: understand certifications, expiry dates, compliance requirements, and brand specifications
- Maintain and update the brand library, visuals, and approved copy
- Ensure certified product content is compliant and collaborate with brands to achieve compliance when needed
- Develop and maintain content playbooks for certified products
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility, engagement, and conversion
- Support ad hoc content projects and initiatives and implement content improvement strategies to enhance product quality and performance
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in product content, e-commerce content management, copywriting, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of SEO principles and how content can drive visibility and engagement
- Proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Creative problem solver with a mindset for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Nice-to-have: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital products
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Contentful, WordPress, CMS platforms, SEO tools, and content analytics tools
