Own revenue forecasting and planning for the GTM organization
Partner with GTM leadership to drive annual planning and quarterly forecasts
Build and maintain scalable revenue models
Lead commissions planning and incentive compensation processes
Influence hiring, territory design, capacity planning, and channel investment decisions
Develop ROI frameworks across Sales, Marketing, and Product
Define and monitor key GTM metrics
Design and automate financial workflows and tools

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, FP&A/Corporate Finance, Consulting, Data Analytics, or similar analytical roles
Advanced financial modeling skills
Experience in GTM or Revenue Finance
Proven experience building bottoms-up forecasting processes
Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals
Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or high-growth technology environments
Experience with financial planning, analytics, and AI tools such as Adaptive, Looker, and Claude. SQL and Python experience a plus
