- About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Systems Administrator to support our internal IT operations and employees. This role is critical to maintaining the health, security, and efficiency of our hybrid infrastructure and employee lifecycle processes. You'll administer our application and Office 365 infrastructure, and will work closely with our DevOps and Security teams to ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and first-line security triage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience administering infrastructure with Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with ticketing platforms (we use Freshservice)
- Exposure to security operations and policy enforcement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
