About the role

  • You understand clinical processes first-hand by visiting customers and translating requirements into technical specifications.
  • You define technical integration concepts with acute care hospitals, post-acute facilities (e.g., nursing homes) and partners.
  • You lead integration projects end-to-end, from specification through implementation to validation at customer sites.
  • You coordinate development teams, ensure clear interoperability requirements, and secure reliable delivery of new interfaces.
  • You manage stakeholders across team boundaries: coordinate internal and external teams to drive projects to success.
  • You enable other teams: share interoperability knowledge with Product, Deployment and Sales teams to competently address technical questions.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience managing technical software integration projects in the Healthcare IT domain.
  • You have a solid understanding of Healthcare IT environments (e.g., HIS/KIS/PVS) as well as clinical workflows in acute, post-acute or outpatient settings.
  • You have technical experience with interoperability standards such as HL7 v2, FHIR and REST APIs.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of the Telematics Infrastructure (TI).
  • You have a good understanding of agentic AI tools and can demonstrate with practical examples how you have used them in your workflows.
  • You bring a strong ownership mindset and can drive initiatives independently in dynamic environments.
  • You have proven practical success in delivering software projects in the healthcare sector.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical contacts.
  • You think in a structured way and can convert ambiguous requirements into precise technical requirements, flows and actionable work packages.
  • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
