About the role
- Ensure the platform is seamlessly integrated into the daily workflows of hospitals and care providers
- Own the entire lifecycle of technical integrations — from pilots to long-term stability
- Lead multiple parallel hospital integrations from kick-off to go-live
- Work closely with engineering to develop and validate APIs
- Monitor integration health in Datadog and analyze issues using logs and traces
- Maintain and optimize integration blueprints and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Medical Informatics, Digital Health, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field
- At least initial practical experience in system integration (e.g., through working-student positions or relevant coursework)
- Good understanding of APIs and common data formats
- Strong organizational skills
- Some experience in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Business-fluent German (C2) and fluent English (minimum C1)
