Revenue Operations

• Build and further develop the Post-Sales Revenue framework
• Develop data models and dashboards (e.g., NRR, churn, time-to-value)
• Work closely with teams in Customer Success, Service & Support
• Manage tooling and data flows in systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Planhat and Looker
• Design playbooks and workflows to optimize renewals, cross-sell and expansion opportunities
• Produce forecast and performance reports for management and the leadership team
• Support the implementation of AI-driven processes to automate reporting and customer communication
• Mentor members of the Revenue Operations team to support their professional development
