About the role
- The ODM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying business rules and decision logic using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) or similar business rules management systems.
- This role works closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable rules, ensuring that business policies are accurately and efficiently automated within enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Preferred Experience in Integrated Eligibility
- Knowledge of MA program / business rules
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
