About the role
- The TC’s may join calls with BPC's to give insights into what is feasible and what the solution might look like.
- Go through the BPC's workflow and are responsible for implementing it, managing techs and timelines to complete the work.
- Be the technical expert in how to best support by configuring, using ServiceNow best practices focused on configuration vs. customization.
- Support the engagements efforts such as specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must have an active CIS, CSA and CDA (any CIS)
- Come from a consulting background
- Have been client facing
