About the role

  • Support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the City.
  • Design and execute complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support Oracle Enterprise Resource planning system.
  • Gather requirements and develop browser-based applications using Application Express.

Requirements

  • 10 Years Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex;
  • 10 Years Experience in developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration
  • 10 Years Experience in developing External Tables, Joins, Indexes and sequences.
  • Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed.
  • 10 Years Query optimization, performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect
  • 10 Years Experience debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast paced environment.
  • 10 Years Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools
  • 10 Years Ability to lead groups/gather requirements/define solution sets and remediate defects
