About the role
- Work with a small team building and launching a new product into the market.
- Develop AI systems to include: Agentic Assistants, Generative UI, Search RAG, Tracing and Evals using LangSmith.
- Engineer authentication and authorization across GCP hosted systems.
- Build a compelling and easy to maintain codebase with eye toward scalability.
- Technical member of our design partnerships that drive our customer focused product development.
- Leverage SOTA in Agentic systems to support company development processes such as CI/CD.
Requirements
- Experience with LLM systems: Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, and/or other.
- GCP or other cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Kubernetes / GKE, Docker, and general containerized workflow experience.
- Hands on programming experience: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, other.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
- Memory stores and caching (Redis).
- Version control (Git/Bitbucket/GitHub).
- Workload Management tools (JIRA).
- Networking/Security: Cloudflare, IAM, service accounts, secrets management, load balancers, JWT & OAuth.
- Monitoring & Ops Experience: Cloud Logging & Alerting and/or Prometheus/Grafana.
- AI Engineering tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.
