About the role
- Meet or exceed activity, sales goals and quotas as set by the company
- Responsible for the sales cycle, from building your pipeline to closing net new logos
- Make daily outbound connections with prospective customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts while documenting activities and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to share continual insight into market conditions, customer needs, successes and challenges
- Build relationships with merchant stakeholders to prepare and execute on agreements and license subscriptions
- Facilitate the post sale handoff of the customer to the appropriate Merchant Success team-member
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ideally 3+ years of Sales, Business Development, or Account Management requiring a multi-threaded approach
- Proven track record in a SaaS sales model including post-sale support (ex. Creating and closing your own pipeline)
- Previous experience in the e-commerce space is a bonus
- Willingness to travel to partner offices, conferences, and events domestically 20-50% of the time
