Key responsibilities & impact

Provide thorough diagnostic assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy through the Rebound video platform for people who have experienced trauma
Help members get better and stay better through trauma and PTSD treatment
Manage caseload and schedule
Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the Rebound EHR system
Participate in clinical consultation and training
Advance knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD
Collaborate with the provider network to develop and reinforce treatment decisions
Refer members to external resources when appropriate based on clinical experience, judgment, and guidelines
Treat children and adolescents after completing Rebound Child and Adolescent training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
10+ years of experience
Master’s degree required
At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, or ERP preferred
Knowledge and experience treating PTSD with Prolonged Exposure (PE) preferable but not required
Practical experience independently diagnosing required; pre-licensed experience may count
Alternatively, proof of completion with certificate of the Tolin & Diamond Training Video may be accepted for independent diagnosing experience; Rebound will not reimburse the course cost
40-hour work week for full-time providers
25 hours of direct clinical work per week
Attend the required training program
Attend 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation
10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability after 5pm local time for Member Sessions
Participate in and complete the cross-license application process during onboarding
Open and willing to treat children and adolescents after attending required training
Organized, quick and enthusiastic learner
Excellent communicator and good time management
Confidential, private remote workspace with reliable internet access
Comfortable and efficient using technology to communicate
Ambitious and able to work in a goal-driven startup environment
