About the role
- TikTok is your focus
- You monitor trends, sounds, formats and creators daily
- You develop creative TikTok ideas and concepts
- You appear on camera, record videos, test hooks and tell stories
- You edit your own videos
- You work closely with our content and marketing teams
- Assist with performance tracking and deriving insights from TikTok analytics
Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student (field of study is secondary — mindset matters)
- Must-have: TikTok is part of your daily routine
- You are comfortable in front of the camera
- You can independently shoot, edit and finalize videos
- You are creative, quick-thinking and prefer testing ideas over endless perfection
- You are active and enjoy sports and movement
- You work independently, reliably and are eager to take on responsibility
- Excellent German language skills; English is a plus
- Nice to have: first experience in social media, content creation or marketing
- Understanding of brand building, storytelling and community-minded thinking
- Experience with other platforms such as Instagram or YouTube
