About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to client requests for information and communication in a timely, professional manner
Conduct legal research and produce clear, accurate written work product
Prepare, fill out, and assemble immigration application forms and packets
Provide legal support to attorneys and team members across active and pending cases
Collaborate on case lists, deadlines, milestones, and case progress notes
Actively engage with attorneys and legal staff on case processes and legal questions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish — this is a hard requirement
Strong persuasive writing and editing skills, including the ability to construct and evaluate legal arguments
An analytical mindset and a rigorous approach to evaluating evidence
High attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational discipline
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new technology tools
Windows computer highly preferred
