• - Assist in planning and facilitating IFD sessions and Purpose Design sessions focused on identity exploration, worldview development and life mission framing
• - Support facilitators in creating productive and engaging learning environments
• - Observe participant interactions and identify opportunities to deepen engagement
• - Build strong working relationships with participants throughout the client journey
• - Act as a consistent point of contact and support
• - Communicate thoughtfully and adapt your approach depending on individual needs and contexts
• - Conduct research to strengthen facilitation practices and participant experiences
• - Contribute to team discussions about ideas and improvements to existing frameworks and methodologies
• - Capture key insights, track participant progress and maintain clear documentation
• - Support internal coordination across different initiatives
