About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through structured discovery and high-quality meeting booking
- Focus on qualification and pipeline creation—not closing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualify inbound and outbound MQLs from trade shows, campaigns, and dealer/integrator lists
- Conduct phone-first outreach using AI-assisted dialing tools
- Run 15–30 minute discovery calls to assess fit, decision-makers, and project potential
- Book high-quality SQL meetings for Sales (target: 5–6 per day)
- Follow approved messaging, pitch frameworks, and objection handling
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure clean handoffs to Sales
- Must be willing to work ONSITE
- Must be open to traveling abroad for training opportunities and eligible to receive client performance bonuses
