Manage email marketing campaigns by sending pre-made advertisements to past customers.
Follow the weekly workflow: Monday & Wednesday focus on emails, AvidX reconciliation, and payroll; Wednesday & Friday handle payroll adjustments and execute social media and email campaigns.
Requirements
Previous experience in administrative support, payroll coordination, or office management.
Familiarity with tools such as AvidX, Connect, and payroll processing systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
Basic skills in content creation and marketing communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
