About the role

  • Prospect and identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set appointments and hand over qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead statuses using CRM tools like HubSpot and Apollo.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc. is a plus)
  • Driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a KPI-driven environment
  • BPO sales experience is an advantage
