Prospect and identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns.
Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
Work closely with the sales team to set appointments and hand over qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead statuses using CRM tools like HubSpot and Apollo.
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc. is a plus)
Driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a KPI-driven environment
BPO sales experience is an advantage
