VP – Lean Operations
RealTruck, Inc.Vice President of Lean Operations responsible for continuous improvement at RealTruck. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People losses.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the continuous improvement team and prioritize Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People losses
- Manage location-based CI leaders across all RealTruck locations
- Develop realistic/aggressive timetables and expectations for project completion
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide technical advice
- Act as a change leader in the business
- Design and build senior level lean training
- Conduct Lean training for employees at all levels
- Prepare and present C-Suite and board level reporting metrics and project status updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree engineering or related field required
- 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry is required
- 10+ years of management experience required
- 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing is required
- Experience to include TPS and WCM methodologies
- Experience in delivering technical training is required
- Facilitation and Lean Manufacturing skills are desirable
- Proven ability to apply Lean Manufacturing tools, techniques, and methodologies is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific technical reports
- Analytical/quantitative approach to problem solving
