About the role
- Leading and managing sales efforts to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Developing senior level relationships with OEM customers and managing sales staff.
- Creating and implementing sales and expense budgets, forecasts, and promotional programs.
- Collaborating closely with the plant general manager to meet customer expectations.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
- Providing sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
- 10+ years of outside sales experience and senior management preferred in the automotive segment.
- Clear command and knowledge of the OEM systems, processes, and hierarchy.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
