About the role
- Maintain ERP systems to support manufacturing-specific processes, including production planning, materials management, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure data integrity across the ERP system, shop-floor systems, and connected platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ERP modules related to manufacturing operations.
- Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, configuration settings, and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to implement system customizations or integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as an ERP Engineer or similar role required, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ERP modules ( MRP, Materials Management, Manufacturing, WMS, MES, etc).
- Experience with EDI concepts and modules preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP platforms such as Netsuite, Plex, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle EBS, or Infor CloudSuite Industrial.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with ERP table structures.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing concepts like MRP and Supply Chain.
- Advanced SQL experience for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Ability to speak English.
