About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult on customer business scenarios and configure AI Revenue Management for asset strategy
Explain the AI revenue management value proposition and build credibility across client organizations
Build and maintain customer and internal RealPage relationships
Review revenue recommendations to support customer adoption and satisfaction
Host discussions with operations teams, executives, and ownership about revenue performance
Analyze financial results, revenue management adoption, leasing velocity, and market conditions; present findings to leadership
Answer modeling questions and provide customer feedback
Advise on parameter configurations and recommend changes
Manage multiple projects and track project steps in Salesforce
Maintain knowledge of integrations with property management systems
Identify product adoption and expansion opportunities
Provide business-user feedback to the RealPage Product group
Coordinate with RealPage teams to support implementation and client success
Prepare and deliver in-person and virtual solution reviews
Mentor junior advisors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related industry
Business acumen and understanding of organizational agility
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence others
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software
Ability to adapt to change and work autonomously in a dynamic environment
Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours when required
Ability to proactively assess and address risk
Analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience mentoring or training others
Experience delivering professional presentations and working with senior executives
Ability to understand and advise on operational factors affecting revenue performance
Familiarity with RealPage products including OneSite Leasing and Rents, Performance Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Analytics, Flex Marketing, ILM and Leasing Analytics, AI Screening, and Amenity Optimization
Preferred: 5 years of experience in revenue management
Preferred: Working knowledge of multiple RealPage products or other property management software
