About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development of Screening Add On Services and partner integration strategy
  • Participate in product strategy, planning, and execution
  • Lead and manage the product team through the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise offerings
  • Manage a $20M P&L with a goal of doubling it over three years
  • Define and manage the value proposition to meet revenue, margin, and EBITDA commitments
  • Contribute to multi-year business-unit growth planning
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and product backlogs
  • Coordinate development roadmaps across product groups
  • Liaise between business and technical product delivery teams
  • Gather business requirements and perform analysis and decision-making
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external technology partners
  • Guide development and evolution of payment services APIs and supporting infrastructure
  • Create business requirements and functional specifications
  • Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, development, and service teams
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers on product solutions, design artifacts, and quality assurance plans
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing
  • Lead project plan reviews and manage project risks and issues
  • Gather and analyze product performance and operational metrics
  • Advise globally distributed teams and provide development status to executives and leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related or business field preferred but not required
  • Equivalent experience may be considered, with a minimum of 5 years in a business and technical role
  • 10+ years of previous product management experience
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building business cases and pro formas
  • Experience reviewing technical solution designs and evaluations
  • Experience soliciting user and industry feedback and leading focus groups
  • Expertise in business case development, data analytics and reporting, market trends and analysis, new product introduction, operational readiness, go-to-market planning, product roadmap development, and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak with clients and at industry events
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet regular deadlines
  • Ability to lead, work independently, take initiative, and lead a high-performing team
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet tools
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Scrum experience highly desired
  • Knowledge of Team Foundation Server highly desired
