NOC Engineer III

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure basic network hardware for deployment.
- Monitor network elements using established tools.
- Turn up and test basic circuits under supervision.
- Provide basic technical support for customer inquiries.
- Document network changes and collaborate with field teams.
- Assist in small tasks for routine deployments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
- Or Associate’s Degree and two years of experience.
- Or four years of experience within a service provider or network engineering team.
- At least one associate level networking certification (CCNA, CWNA, JNCIA, Network+).
- Demonstrate proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or MikroTik RouterOS.
- Apply knowledge of wired Ethernet LANs, wireless LANs (Wi-Fi), and P2P/P2MP microwave wireless solutions.
