About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end implementation activities for financial and commercial solutions.
Partner with clients to gather and translate business and financial requirements into system configurations.
Configure and support financial systems, integrations, and product setups.
Analyze financial workflows and reporting needs to ensure accurate system alignment.
Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and engineering teams to execute implementations.
Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Deliver client training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement within financial workflows.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivery expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices and financial reporting.
Intermediate knowledge of fintech products, systems, or integrations.
Experience in financial operations, accounting, financial analysis, or related field.
Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or system configurations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with clients.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
