About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and execute the product roadmap for leasing‑related modules and platform capabilities.
Act as Product Owner for a Scrum team, representing property‑level users, leasing agents, and operators.
Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder input to define product features and detailed product requirements.
Define clear requirements, functional expectations, and UX intent for new features and enhancements.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver solutions that are both functionally complete and easy to use.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Compliance, and Implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong execution‑oriented, practical mindset with a bias toward solving real operational problems.
Understanding of multifamily leasing or property management operations is highly valuable.
Hands‑on experience working with or supporting property‑level users is a strong advantage.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
Ability and willingness to continuously learn the industry, domain, and product space.
Experience collaborating on UI/UX decisions and working with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar).
Strong written skills for documenting features, requirements, workflows, and product decisions.
