About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and execute the product roadmap for leasing‑related modules and platform capabilities.
  • Act as Product Owner for a Scrum team, representing property‑level users, leasing agents, and operators.
  • Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder input to define product features and detailed product requirements.
  • Define clear requirements, functional expectations, and UX intent for new features and enhancements.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver solutions that are both functionally complete and easy to use.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Compliance, and Implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong execution‑oriented, practical mindset with a bias toward solving real operational problems.
  • Understanding of multifamily leasing or property management operations is highly valuable.
  • Hands‑on experience working with or supporting property‑level users is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability and willingness to continuously learn the industry, domain, and product space.
  • Experience collaborating on UI/UX decisions and working with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar).
  • Strong written skills for documenting features, requirements, workflows, and product decisions.
