About the role
- Consult with impact: You will take responsibility for selling our innovative planning systems — from kitchen planning software to online configurators — to new and existing customers.
- Executive-level selling: You will conduct confident negotiations with decision-makers across various customer segments — from independent retailers to large corporations.
- Present solutions that persuade: Whether on-site at the customer, at trade shows, or industry conferences, you will showcase our solutions in the best light.
- Value-added networking: You will actively maintain and expand your network of industry partners, associations, and field teams.
- Advise, analyze, optimize: You will analyze business processes, advise on optimization, and support customers in digitizing their workflows.
- Understand the market, leverage opportunities: You will monitor market trends and competitors, contribute input for marketing campaigns, and help implement them.
Requirements
- You have several years of solid sales experience and demonstrate strong sales expertise.
- You are IT-savvy, work independently, and have a strong customer focus.
- Planning software is familiar territory for you.
- Ideally, you have experience in consulting or software marketing.
- You are an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to present ideas convincingly.
- Experience in related retail sectors is a strong plus.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
- English skills are an advantage.
