About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent handling of your cases — not an assistant role
- Telephone and written communication with debtors, clients and partners
- Assessment of case circumstances and decision-making on further actions within the scope of your authority
- Coordination and liaison with external law firms
- Contribution to the development and optimization of processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in claims management, debt collection or enforcement proceedings
- Structured and independent working style
- Clear, solution-oriented communication
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
