Sales Director
real PACESales Director managing the sales team at real PACE GmbH to enhance performance and strategic growth. Overseeing sales processes, marketing activities, and team development in a hybrid work setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead, develop and motivate the sales team including Presales, with a focus on coaching, clarity of goals and performance.
- You are responsible for the entire sales process and conversion funnel – from lead management through KPI tracking to reporting.
- You manage the marketing team and plan all marketing activities – including online campaigns, CRM usage and lead procurement.
- You deliberately expand team structures, support recruiting and onboarding, and scale the team from 5 to 20 people.
- You head partner management, including negotiations, collaboration with tradespeople and general contractors (GCs), and quality control.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or commercial vocational training with relevant further education
- Several years of sales experience with documented success and experience leading teams (>10 people), ideally with experience building teams and structures
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce, CRM tools, Google and MS Office, including data-driven decision making
- Empathy, the ability to motivate, conflict-resolution skills, resilience and a role-model attitude; you foster team culture and a performance-oriented environment
- Native German speaker; English is an advantage – plus experience with sales and marketing automation and stakeholder management
