About the role

  • You thoroughly prepare and follow up sales conversations with end customers to achieve optimal results.
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings in which you convincingly present energy solutions and close deals.
  • You obtain confirmation of the customer's purchase intent and actively work open deals through targeted follow-up.
  • Maintaining and documenting sales conversations and deals in the CRM system is part of your daily routine.
  • You ensure that all required documents for meetings are complete and clarify any questions with the team.
  • Close communication and strong collaboration with adjacent areas such as partner management and specialist contractors.
  • You proactively bring market and customer feedback into the team to continuously improve our offering.

Requirements

  • You hold a secondary school diploma (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) – a degree in business administration, marketing, or a commercial apprenticeship with sales experience is an advantage.
  • At least 3–7 years of active sales experience (B2B/B2C), ideally with proven success in closing and achieving targets.
  • You conduct sales conversations in a structured and confident manner and are familiar with sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Strong closing skills, needs analysis, objection handling, pipeline management, and excellent time and priority management come naturally to you.
  • You are resilient in the face of setbacks, a team player, strong in communication, and build trust quickly.
  • A strong results and goal orientation, competitive and performance-driven mentality, as well as personal responsibility and discipline distinguish you.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of your work complete your profile.
