About the role
- Help manage and inform resource forecasts, staffing needs and allocations.
- Manage operational effectiveness of processes related to resourcing, budgeting and forecasting for Creative teams.
- Optimize resource billability by ensuring a balanced mix of permanent and freelance resources.
- Report on resource plans, forecasts and freelance costs.
- Liaise with Project Management to maintain and socialize a forecast of resource requirements.
- Act as a business partner in optimizing staffing efficiencies.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in a Creative Resourcing role within a healthcare Advertising/PR agency.
- Understanding of healthcare specific regulations in relation to timelines, budget, and legal considerations.
- Critical thinking skills and strong financial acumen.
- Experience in rapid-growth companies or agencies.
- Impeccable organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in Workfront a plus.
- BA or higher in an applicable field preferred.
