About the role
- Act as day-to-day lead client partner for medical affairs and publication workstreams
- Provide senior-level counsel on key projects
- Oversee account operations ensuring seamless execution of deliverables
- Drive strategic planning and growth opportunities
- Ensure financial stewardship including budget oversight
- Mentor and develop team members
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates
- Support new business development efforts
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in medical affairs preferably in an agency setting
- Proven success in leading client relationships and delivering strategic counsel
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams
- Exceptional communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Veeva preferred
- BA or equivalent work experience required
