About the role
- Plan, lead, and execute the sales marketing of select industries at Reaktor
- Work hand-in-hand with Global Marketing & Sales teams to develop and implement sector-specific marketing plans that align with our growth targets, support awareness-building, and improve inbound
- Plan and execute 360° marketing initiatives across all relevant channels (digital, events, content)
- Track and analyze KPIs while seeking opportunities to increase marketing and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely and manage relationships with external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing: A track record of success in sales marketing/lead generation/growth marketing, preferably in the professional services business
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email and content marketing, events, and social media
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals while executing hands-on
- Structured planning and budget management skills with an ROI-driven mindset
- Fluent English and excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for this role. Dutch, Finnish, and Swedish skills are considered a plus! We also appreciate your relevant experience with AI.
