Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement highly scalable, enterprise-level solutions tailored to healthcare environments, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
Translate business and technical requirements, particularly those specific to healthcare, into robust architectures and solution designs.
Lead development teams in building solutions as a solution architect, ensuring design and implementation align with client needs and industry best practices.
Utilize Healthcare Interoperability Standards (HL7v2, FHIR, CCDA, IHE, X12) in solution designs to ensure compatibility across systems and seamless data exchange.
Collaborate with a variety of team members, customers, and end-users, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience developing and implementing highly scalable enterprise-level solutions.
Extensive experience with Healthcare integration tools - ideally with InterSystems' Ensemble and/or HealthConnect although experience with other integration engines would also be considered.
Relevant skills in software, tools, or platforms specific to the role.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to interact with a variety of team members, customers, and end-users.
Passion for deploying scalable, robust solutions, with an eye towards future-proofing.
