About the role

  • Lead growth, adoption, and engagement efforts for PDF Expert
  • Refine value proposition, positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy
  • Own conversion and activation journeys across user segments, platforms, and regions
  • Define optimization roadmap and own conversion KPIs with Lifecycle, Support, Insights, Product teams
  • Run pricing and paywall experiments to improve conversion, activation, retention, and LTV
  • Be a subject-matter expert on customer needs, competition, and market landscape
  • Support onboarding and conversion for new product launches with cross-functional teams
  • Drive growth via data-driven experimentation and identification of growth levers

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience marketing B2C products
  • Extensive experience working with mobile apps (absolute must-have)
  • Experience launching new digital products, features, and services
  • Strong storytelling skills: messaging pillars to press releases
  • High design quality standards and ability to set a quality bar
  • Results-oriented with ability to analyze data and recommend actions
  • Deep knowledge of revenue levers and optimization techniques in product-led organizations
  • Insights-informed, data-driven approach and hands-on with data
  • Customer-focused mindset with deep empathy for users
  • Values-based leadership and experience leading virtual/global teams
  • Nice-to-haves: subscription revenue model expertise
  • Nice-to-haves: MBA from a top tier university
