• Own Readdle’s analytics data infrastructure, governance, and reporting systems.
• Deliver product financial models (recurring revenue, churn, LTV, CAC) and forecasting.
• Ensure reliable attribution and reporting for performance marketing activities.
• Oversee experimentation processes — from hypothesis to reporting.
• Provide proactive insights and KPI signalization across all products.
• Deliver dashboards, reports, and “State of the User” updates for executives and investors.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across the portfolio.
• Manage the analytics budget, including data tooling and processing costs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team.
