Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven VP-level (or strong Director ready to step up) in high-growth SaaS or AI
- Experience shaping category narratives for emerging or AI-driven products
- Deep experience in PLG + paid acquisition + product marketing
- Track record scaling from strong organic traction to market leadership
- Strong operator: can go from strategy → execution quickly
- Experience building teams from zero and managing agencies
- Comfortable with ambiguity; knows when to wait for product signal vs. scale spend
- Data-driven with strong intuition on growth levers and positioning
- Strong background in communications, PR, or storytelling at scale (not just performance marketing)
- Ability to operate as both Head of Growth and Head of Comms in early stages
