Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing digital products at scale
  • Experience building or significantly evolving a design system
  • Strong systems thinking — you think in structures, not just screens
  • Experience defining navigation and IA for complex products
  • A high bar for visual craft and attention to detail
  • Experience designing multi-platform products (web, mobile, desktop)
  • Comfort influencing across teams and operating with autonomy
