- Lead and grow a frontend engineering team (hiring, coaching, performance, career development)

Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant frontend depth
- 3+ years of people management experience leading product engineering teams
- Expert-level React.js experience (modern web stack, TypeScript, frontend architecture)
- Strong UI/UX instincts and experience collaborating closely with designers
- Track record of shipping high-quality user-facing products with speed and discipline
- Comfortable using analytics, experimentation, and KPI-driven outcomes to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and ability to lead in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
