About the role

  • Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of paid media campaigns across mobile, social, search, and display channels
  • Own digital media partnerships and negotiate top-tier placement deals with platforms and providers
  • Drive performance-based marketing initiatives (CPA/CPI/CPC), optimizing for ROI, LTV, and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Data teams to inform campaign strategy and align media initiatives with business goals
  • Mentor and guide junior media buyers, fostering best practices in campaign creation, optimization, and reporting
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover growth opportunities, identify trends, and scale profitable user cohorts
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copy and creative assets, including text, image, and video
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare executive-level reports, and provide actionable recommendations to maximize efficiency and results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing performance-based mobile and digital campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Google, affiliate networks, programmatic, etc.)
  • Proven track record of developing media strategies that scale, improve ROI, and meet LTV and retention goals
  • Strong analytical skills; experience translating complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, data visualization) and media analytics platforms
  • Firsthand experience creating compelling ad copy and creative assets; knowledge of A/B testing and iterative optimization
  • Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
  • Mobile advertising experience highly desired
