About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understanding the flow of data across the University's different systems, including which fields can be found where, how the data are formatted, and the informations the fields should be capturing
Applying advanced ETL knowledge to support the accuracy, consistency and efficiency of integrated data reporting
Analyzing the data to generate actionable insights
Effectively communicating findings to stakeholders
Building relationships with different departments to ensure that data needs across the University are being met

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA or higher in Data Science, Economics, or related field;
3-5 years of experience in applied analytics or institutional research;
Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, tidyverse);
Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, or Power BI);
Familiarity with ETL workflows and SQL-based querying;
Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills;
Curiosity - we learn rapidly and eagerly;
Ability to work effectively on multiple concurrent projects;
Preferred: Experience in higher education, labor market, or workforce analytics.
