About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and complex calculations
- Maintain payroll records and system updates (Zellis)
- Administer payroll overpayment arrangements and handle queries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a payroll administration role
- Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, and statutory entitlements)
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential data
- Experience using Zellis or similar payroll software (Desirable)
