About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and complex calculations
  • Maintain payroll records and system updates (Zellis)
  • Administer payroll overpayment arrangements and handle queries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a payroll administration role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, and statutory entitlements)
  • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential data
  • Experience using Zellis or similar payroll software (Desirable)
